摘要
稳态下的实验和模拟表明空冷风机空气流量存在集群效应。依据前期实验建立合理的模型,采用数值模拟的方法探讨了在连续变化风速条件下空冷风机(群)进口流量特性。研究结果表明从空冷阵列单侧加载连续正弦变化的风速扰动,随着风速变化,迎风侧负压区随之改变,导致风机性能变动,进口风量明显变化。同时,风机群总的风机流量也出现正弦式变化特性,并且存在延迟效应。连续变化风速扰动下空冷风机流量特性为进一步研究风机群运行提供了理论依据。
Experiment and simulation based on steady state shows that there is cluster effect of air flow in air cooling fan.According to the previous experiment,a reasonable model is established,and the inlet flow characteristics of air-cooled fan(group)under continuous variable wind speed are discussed from the perspective of numerical simulation.The results show that the negative pressure of the windward side changes as the wind speed changes,and the fan performance changes and the inlet air volume changes obviously with the change of wind speed.At the same time,the total fan flow of the wind turbine also presents sinusoidal variation,and there is a delayed effect.The characteristic of air-cooled fan under continuous variable wind speed disturbance provides theoretical basis for further study on fan group operation.
