摘要
利用一种低碳钢奥氏体晶粒组织,实验定量研究了取样晶粒数目对系列截面法测量三维晶粒尺寸分布、拓扑分布及其特征参量的影响。并给出了理想取样晶粒数目的参考值,对以后的相关研究具有指导意义。
The effects of number of sampled grains on measurement of three dimensional grain size distribution and grain topological distribution made by serial sectioning analysis were studied by means of a low-carbon steel. The ideal number of sampled grains was given for the furture study. Furthermore, the results in the relative literatures were also discussed roughly.
