摘要
由于交流电机矢量控制系统中电机参数的准确性将会直接影响系统的控制性能,所以在此介绍了一种能够获得精确定子相电阻的自动检测方法。该方法以普通直流伏安法为基础,在检测中考虑到了逆变器非线性因素引起的输出电压误差并采用时间补偿算法对其进行了补偿,通过合理选择对电机施加的激励电流的大小即可获得精确的相电阻检测值,实验结果证明了所提出方法的有效性。此外,整个自动检测过程无需附加其他测试仪器,还具有非常好的工程实用性。
In the field-oriented vector control system of AC motors, the performance is directly dependent on the accuracy of motor parameters, so an automatic measurement method which could obtain accurate stator resistance is proposed in this paper. The common DC volt ampere method is the theory basis of the method. In the measurement process, the output voltage error caused by nonlinear factors of the inverter is compensated by the time compensation algorithm, and the proper excitation current applied to stator is selected which could receive precise stator resistance. The experimental results validate the availability of the method. Furthermore, no extra test instrument is needed, so it also has comparatively strong practicality in engineering.
