摘要
本文针对九开关变换器驱动的双Y移30°永磁同步电机系统,六相PMSM两相断路故障时,研究了相应的容错控制方法。首先根据九开关变换器的工作原理,得到电机断两相后的空间电压矢量,并选择合适的基础电压,提出了适用于断相后电机的SVPWM算法;然后根据断相电机的数学模型,建立了变换矩阵,用电气元件搭建了电机模块;最后在Matlab/Simulink中仿真实验,结果表明该容错控制维持电机平稳可靠运行,验证了所提方法的正确性。
A fault tolerant control method is studied for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) in double Y-connection with 30° phase-shift driven by nine-switch converter, in case of six-phase PMSM with two phases open circuit fault. Firstly, according to the working principle of the nine-switch converter, the space voltage vector of the two opened phases is obtained, the suitable basic voltage vector is selected, and the SVPWM algorithm is put forward for the phase breaking motor. Then the transformation matrix is determined according to the mathematical model of the motor after the phase breaking, and a module is set up with the electrical components. Finally, a simulation experiment in Matlab/Simulink shows that fault-tolerant control can keep the motor running smoothly and reliably, and verifies the correctness of the proposed method.
