摘要 本文针对神经系统损伤所导致的下肢偏瘫患者,设计了一种新型肌电刺激脉冲仪。通过前端放大、滤波电路获取健肢表面肌电信号,以STM32单片机为核心,获取健肢表面肌电信号幅值电平,控制脉冲输出电路输出肌电刺激脉冲的幅值强度与波形极性。实验结果表明,本设计可实时采集存储健肢表面肌电信号,并以健肢肌表面电信号作为参考,控制脉冲输出电路输出与健肢肌表面电信号相似的刺激脉冲波形,作用于患肢,使病人恢复行走功能。 A novel electrical stimulator based on the new stimulation pulse was designed in order to treat stroke patients.In the stimulator,The microprocessor output a specific PWM wave to fit the surface EMG obtained from the healthy limb,besides,high voltage operational amplifier circuit provided amplitude for the PWM wave,eventually, stimulation pulses applied to the muscles of the legs of motor disability can be realized .The design can provide a reference for the relevant personnel.
