超低改造后SCR脱硝氨逃逸表问题分析及处理措施 被引量:5

摘要 燃煤电厂SCR脱硝超低排放改造后,对其氨逃逸率准确监测可以保证脱硝经济运行同时实现机组安全稳定运行。对3台实现超低排放机组的SCR脱硝出口烟气中氨逃逸率和NOx浓度进行网格法测试,发现NOx浓度分布严重不均且氨逃逸率超过设计值问题普遍存在;在线氨逃逸表数据存在单点不具代表性和异常原因造成数据有问题,均无法反应整个脱硝出口断面实际的氨逃逸率;针对上述问题,给出氨逃逸率是否超标的几点辅助判定方法,指导电厂给出正确的喷氨控制指令。研究结果消减SCR脱硝运行带来的机组负面影响,实现喷氨有"数"可依,保障脱硝超低改造设备运行和管理有一定的指导意义。 Accurate monitoring the rate of ammonia escape can ensure the denitration economic operation at the same time to achieve the safe and stable operation,which after the SCR denitration ultra-low emissions modification in coal-fired units.The ammonia slip concentration and NOxconcentration are tested after the SCR denitration export,which using grid method in three ultra-low units.The research results found that the NOxdistribution at the outlets is severely uneven,and the ammonia slip concentration is beyond the designed value is widespread.Online ammonia escape table data exist the problem of single point unrepresentative and abnormal data,and unable to response the denitration export section of the actual rate of ammonia escape.In view of the above problems,some auxiliary methods were given,which give correct guidance power plant spraying ammonia control instruction.Research results to reduce SCR denitration operation unit of the negative influence,achieve ammonia injection has a 'number'can depend on,safeguard denitration ultra-low transformation equipment operation and management have certain guiding significance.
