摘要
针对金属接触密封性能的预测问题,在粗糙表面数值表征和有限元接触分析基础上,利用正交实验法拟合表面形貌特征参数、施加载荷与接触面积比之间的函数关系,结合逾渗理论栅格模型,采用自动寻径算法得到密封泄漏概率随接触面积比的变化规律,从而建立一套预测粗糙表面形貌、施加载荷与密封性能之间关系的定量分析方法,可为金属接触密封设计分析提供方法指导.
Aiming at the prediction problem of metal contact sealing performance,the orthogonal experimental method was used to fit the functional relationship between surface topographical parameters,applied load and contact area ratio based on the numerical representation of rough surface and finite element contact analysis.Combined with the grid model of percolation theory,the variation rule of seal leakage probability with contact area ratio was simulated by using automatic path-finding algorithm.Therefore,a quantitative analysis method for predicting the relationship between rough surface topography with applied load and sealing performance was established,which can provide guidance for designing metal contact seal.
