摘要
剥壳是对虾深加工的一个技术难题。针对现有的对虾剥壳机存在剥壳率低、破仁率高、稳定性差等现状,根据对虾的形态特征和剥壳特性,设计了一种基于摩擦、挤压原理的异径双辊对虾剥壳机,该剥壳机主要包括上料机构、剥壳机构和虾仁分离机构。经过试验,该机在选定的参数下运行,可实现对虾"上料—剥壳—虾仁分离"工序的连续性操作。
Shelling is one of the primary technical challenges in intensive shrimp process, and the shrimp shelling machines used nowadays are often characterized by some disadvantages including low shelling rate, high crushed rate, and poor stability. A new unequal diameter twin roll shrimp shelling machine is developed based on principle of friction and extrusion. The new shelling machine consists of feeding, shelling, and shrimp-shelled and headed separating mechanisms. The trials showed that the shrimp sheller effectively made a continuous operation of“feed-ing-shelling-free-head shelled shrimp separating” under given parameters.
