基于英国标准的碳钢客车车体结构疲劳寿命评估 被引量:12

摘要 利用英国标准和有限元分析技术,研究设计阶段碳钢客车车体焊接结构的疲劳寿命预测问题.归纳与总结BS7608:2014和BS EN-1993-1-9:2005标准中钢结构焊接接头S-N曲线的特点;在分析某碳钢客车车体焊接结构与承载特点的基础上,建立车体有限元分析模型;在EN 12663-1:2010标准中的疲劳载荷作用下,分别利用上述两个标准提供的基于名义应力标定的疲劳性能参数,以及评估部位数值分析结果的主应力方向,对车体结构进行疲劳寿命评估;基于BS标准的车体评估部位的累积损伤值均大于基于EN标准的,并且两标准的最大累积损伤均小于1;由于应力拾取位置对车体累积损伤值有很大影响,建议尽可能细化含有焊接接头的应力集中区域的单元,以便拾取到应力梯度近似为零的名义应力. Based on the British standard and finite element analysis technology, the fatigue life prediction of welded structure of carbon steel car body at design stage is studied. The characteristics of S-N curves of welded joints of steel structures in BS7608:2014 and BS EN-1993-1-9:2005 standards are summarized. Based on the analysis of the welding structure and bearing characteristics of the carbon steel car body, a finite element analysis model of a carbon steel car body is established. According to the fatigue loads in the EN 12663-1:2010 standard, the fatigue life assessment is carried out by using the fatigue performance parameters provided by the two standards and the direction of the principal stress. The accumulative damage value of the car body based on the BS is greater than that based on the EN standard, and the maximum cumulative damages of both standards are less than 1. Because the stress pick-up position has a great influence on the calculation of the cumulative damage of the body, it is suggested that the element of the stress concentration area containing the welded joint should be refined as much as possible so as to pick up the nominal stress of the stress gradient approximately zero.
