摘要
通过经济手段对电厂的发电行为加以引导是未来电力市场的发展方向。针对大规模风电并网下的风—火协同发电难题,设计最优跟踪控制策略。实时电价作为控制变量,火电厂的电价响应特性作为约束条件,市场的供需平衡作为目标函数。应用信息融合算法,综合火电状态反馈及风电预报前馈,在滚动时域上优化电价序列。通过收益变化引导火电厂主动参与系统调峰,确保风—火发电总量对负荷的动态跟踪,实现电网对风电的有效消纳。数值仿真结果验证了该方案的有效性,其定价—应价的互动策略可作为电力系统管理和火电厂出力的决策参考。
Guidance of electricity generation via economic measures will be the mainstream in the future electricity market.High level wind penetration results in great difficulties for thermal-wind power cooperation.An optimal tracking control scheme is proposed to address this problem.The real-time electricity price is taken as the control input,the price responsive characteristic of thermal power plants is taken as the constraint,and the supply-demand balance of the whole market is taken as the objective function.The information fusion algorithm is applied to integrating the supply feedback and the wind forecast feed-forward,while the price sequence is optimized over the receding horizon.Since thermal power plants are financially motivated by the varying profit to provide peak regulation,the total supply dynamically tracks the system demand.Hence the wind power is effectively integrated into the grid.Numerical simulation results have verified the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.The strategy of pricing interaction can be used as a reference for decision-making for power system management and thermal power plant generation.
