三种弃风消纳方案的节煤效果与国民经济性比较 被引量:59

摘要 蓄热、风电供热和抽水蓄能是当前三种可行的弃风消纳方案。为比较三种方案的优劣,建立了评价节煤效果和国民经济性的相关模型,并进行了理论与算例分析。结果表明,在当前东北—华北—西北(简称"三北")地区严重弃风的情况下,三种方案均具有很好的节煤效果和国民经济性;但蓄热方案提供单位容量风电接纳空间的投资最少,且节煤效率(消纳单位弃风电量时的节煤量)最高,因而具有更好的国民经济性指标及承受未来弃风不确定性风险的能力。 Heat storage,space heating by wind power and pumped storage are three feasible solutions to accommodate curtailed wind power.In order to evaluate the coal-saving effect and national economic indices of three methods,relevant models are developed,and numerical examples are also given to confirm the theoretical analysis.The results show that the national economic indices of three solutions are all satisfactory under the condition where wind power is so seriously curtailed in the“three Northern regions”in China.Numerical examples show that the heat storage method requires the least investment when offering 1 MW accommodating space for wind power and is capable to achieve the best coal-saving effect when accommodating 1 MW.h wind power.It thus has the best national economic indices and risk-taking ability for the uncertainty of wind power.
