基于Markov模型的输电系统连锁故障经济风险评估

摘要 该文从电力系统的角度分析了输电线路与保护的不同状态,利用Markov法推导了保护隐性故障发生的概率;根据实际拓扑结构,搭建了关于连锁故障的仿真模型;从实际问题考虑,综合了严重事故的发生概率、严重性和经济性,提出了连锁故障的经济风险指标。将该方法应用于TH-9系统,得到了电网可能发生连锁故障的概率、不同连锁故障发生的路径以及不同故障路径造成的经济损失的大小。仿真分析表明,提高了保护装置的自检率,降低了连锁故障带来的风险。 This paper analyses the different states of transmission line and the protection device in the view of power system. By using the Markov method,the paper deduces the probability of hidden failures of protective relaying. According to the topological structure of power grid,the simulation model of cascading failures is established,and the physical process is also discussed.Considering the actual problem,taking the probability,severity,and economy of the serious accident,the paper puts forward the economic indicators of risk and constructs the economic assessment of cascading failures. The method is applied in the TH-9system,the probability of cascading failures,the different cascading failure path and the economic loss are concluded. Simulation results show the path with highest risk. By improving the self-test rate,the risk of cascading failures caused by can be reduced.
