摘要
为了减少智能变电站继电保护缺陷,本文从一起智能变电站首检中遇到的主变后备保护正确动作但开关拒动的缺陷入手,详述了缺陷产生的原因和处理过程。在处理缺陷的基础上深入分析了智能变电站SCD文件描述的内容、内部结构以及虚拟二次回路如何在功能上取代传统的二次回路。提出了SCD文件管控的原则和现场实施方案,并提出采用GOOSE网跳方式可从技术上解决此典型缺陷,最后总结智能变电站继电保护校验的安全隔离措施和校验重点。校验过程中采取本文的措施和方法后,此类缺陷明显减少,本文具有较高的实用价值。
In order to reduce the defects in the smart substation relay protection,this paper starts with a defect found during the first check of a smart substation,in which the protection device responded correctly but the switch refused to trip. The cause and the process of dealing with the defect are described in detail. Moreover,the information described in the SCD file,the internal structure and the way a virtual secondary loop replaces the functions of a traditional secondary loop are analyzed in depth.In addi tion,the principle of SCD file management and the implementation plan in a working field are proposed,and GOOSE network output is suggested to solve this kind of typical defect at a technical level. Finally,security isolation measures and the key points in the checking process of smart substation relay protection are summarized. The number of this kind of defects decreases significantly after the proposed measures and methods are taken in the checking process,indicating that the result in this paper has higher practical values.
