大多数都在片面的强化训练 ,使运动员产生疲劳后采用服用维生素C等药物进行恢复 ,而忽略了心理训练和恢复训练 .
Most of them are just simply to strengthen the training for athletes,which lead to the fatigue,and then in order to restore the energy the athletes take vitamins such as Vitmin C while neglecting the restoring training and psychological training.The following passage is on how to improve the training achievement by combining qigong and exercise training.
