摘要
本文采用菌种分离与摇瓶液体发酵培养方法,对碱性淀粉酶的生产方法进行探讨。研究结果表明:从土壤中分离出了嗜碱性芽孢杆菌,并通过淀粉圈直径与菌落直径之比筛选了5株产碱性淀粉酶活力较高菌株。通过产酶活性测定,SJY201094菌株所产碱性淀粉酶活力单位最高,达到了1063。
The producing method of the alkaline amylase was studied by the spawn isolation and shake flask liquid fermentation.The results showed that alkalophilic bacillus sp were isolated from the soil.And the five strains of the producing alkaline amylase were selected according to ratio of the amylohydrolysis cycle diameter and colony diameter.Enzyme activity of the SJY201094 producing assay revealed that the highest enzyme activity unit was attained 1063.
