Synthesis of 9,9-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-fluorene Using Ion Exchange Resin as Catalyst

摘要 本实验应用离子交换树脂催化合成双酚芴,考察了催化剂用量、反应时间、温度、酚酮摩尔比等条件对反应的影响;结果表明,双酚芴的单程收率达82.4%。最佳工艺条件为:酚酮摩尔比10:1,反应温度100℃,反应时间11h,催化剂用量占总物料的9%。 The synthesis of 9,9-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-fluorene(BHPF)from phenol and fluorenone catalyzed by ion exchange resin was studied.It discussed the major factors,such as catalyst quantity,reaction temperature,reaction time and phenol-fluorenone molar ratio.The result showed the yield of BHPF reached up to 82.4%.It was found that the molar ratio of phenol/fluorenone was 10 to 1,the reaction temperature and time were 100℃ and 11h,the quantity of ion exchange resin catalyst accounting for the total material was 9%.
