摘要
当前很多中职学校出现了学生综合素质不高,进入社会后适应能力差等情况,针对这种情况,为了使学生在毕业后适应企业工作的相关条件,培养出社会所需求的综合性人才,学校将企业文化与中职班级文化相融合,对中职学生毕业后尽快适应社会要求、企业需求具有很重要的意义。本文根据当前中职班级的实际情况,提出相应的班级文化建设,与企业文化相结合,根据企业的需求,展开校企的对接,通过具有中职特色的文化建设来引导学生的行为和思想。
Many current secondary vocational school students’ comprehensive quality is not high, poor adaptability after entering the society, for this kind of situation, in order to make students adapt to the relevant conditions of the enterprise after graduation, cultivate social demand of comprehensive talents, the enterprise culture and the secondary vocational school class culture, of secondary vocational students after graduation as soon as possible to meet the needs of social requirements, the enterprise has the very vital significance. In this paper, according to the actual situation of the current secondary vocational classes, and puts forward the corresponding class culture construction, combined with the enterprise culture, according to the needs of the enterprises, expansion of the docking, guided by cultural construction with the characteristic of secondary vocational students’ behavior and thought.
