摘要
在即将修改的《检察院组织法》中,应当对检察委员会制度进行相应修改,以立法的力量推动现行检察委员会制度的发展和完善。本文分析现行检察委员会制度立法不足和司法化改革面临的问题,探讨检察委员会制度立法完善,以期为《检察院组织法》相关条文的修改提供有益参考。
In the forthcoming modifying of the procuratorate organic law,the procu-ratorial committee system should be modified accordingly.The development and improvement of the system of the current procuratorial committee system should be pushed j with the power of the legislation.This article will analysis the shortage of the legislation and the facing problems on the judicial reform of the current procuratorial committee system,investigate the legislative perfection of the current procuratorial committee system,and provide a useful reference to the modifying of the relevant provisions of the procuratorate organic law.
