摘要
公共建筑的节能改造是建筑节能的重要组成部分。本文通过案例分析了大型公共建筑节能所遇到的五大挑战,并提出了大型公共建筑在建筑节能领域的5个重要机遇。在此基础上,系统阐述了大型公共建筑7项关键的技术难点和主要策略,并逐一对需要采取的对策进行了分析。大型公建的绿色设计和节能应该走在一般民用建筑的前列,社会各界都应该充分发挥各自的创造性,承担相应的责任,积极投身于大型公共建筑的节能改造、设计和创新中。
The reform of energy saving of public buildings is a main part of energy saving of buildings.This paper analyzes the five challenges and five important opportunities encountered by the energy saving of large-scale public buildings,and on that basis,the paper expounds the seven major technical difficulties and main policies for large-scale public buildings.Green design and energy saving of large-scale public buildings should be an example for all the general civil buildings.All sectors of the community should fully exert their creativity,undertake corresponding responsibilities,and devote themselves to the reform,design,and innovation of energy saving.
