摘要
田园综合体是针对我国当前社会发展问题,促进城乡一体化发展的一种模式创新和可持续发展路径。本文从理论基础入手,对田园综合体的生产、生活、生态模式进行了分析。同时,以无锡市田园东方为例,对区位交通及当地资源、模式构建与总体规划、空间载体3个方面进行了具体分析,以期为田园综合体的探索实践提供借鉴。
For the current social issues in China, the pastoral complex is a mode innovation and sustainable development path that promotes the development of urban-rural integration. This paper analyzes the production, living, and ecological patterns of pastoral complex with the basic theory. Taking the Pastoral Oriental in Wuxi as an example, the paper also makes specific analysis from regional transportation and local resources, model construction and overall planning, and space carrier to provide references for the exploration and practice of pastoral complexes.
