摘要
发展软开关技术的出发点提高开关频率 ,减小开关损耗 ,提高变换器的功率密度。介绍了移相控制全桥技术的工作原理 ,并且构造了新型恒频工作电路 ,该电路引入移相全桥开关变换技术 ,使开关管在零电压下导通 ,并用PSPICE对其进行动态仿真 ,大大减小了开关损耗并且提高了效率 ,实现了高频化。
The main idea of soft switching is to improve working frequency, to decrease switshing loss and increase power density of converter.Described the working schematic of phrase-shifting control full-bridge ZVS-PWM technology, building a new steady frequency circuit.Phrase-shifting (FB) ZVS-PWM is applied in this circuit,achieve zero voltage turn-on. Meanwhile simulation has been finished by using PSPICE Results prove this circuit greatly reduce the switching loss and improve efficiency.
