摘要
从理论和试验两方面对残碳在渣油中的沉淀特性进行了研究。研究表明 ,残碳的沉淀特性既与残碳本身的粒度分布及密度分布有关 ,又与渣油的温度、粘度、密度有关 ;降低渣油的储存温度 ,可以减缓残碳的沉降 ;在残碳密度与渣油密度接近时 ,残碳不会沉淀。因此 ,对于不稳定的渣油 ,其储存、加热的温度应加以控制。
From theoritical and experimental aspects, a study of residual carbon sedimentation features in residuum oil has been carried out. The result of study shows that the features of residual carbon sedimentation have relation both with: (1) the particle size and density distribution of the residual carbon proper; and (2) the temperature, viscosity and density of the residuum oil. The sedimentation of residual carbon can be retarded by decreasing storage temperature of the residuum oil. When the density of residual carbon and the density of residuum oil are almost identical, the sedimentation of residual carbon can not occur. Hence, the storing and heating temperature of non-stable residuum oil should appropriately be controlled.
