摘要 公安信息化建设逐步进入深化改革阶段,已有系统有效提升了公安信息化程度和办案效率。但种类繁多系统之间缺乏统一有效的交互与融合手段,各系统之间相对孤立,系统数据并未得到有效整合,与此同时还带来极高的安全风险和隐患。通过研发具备功能动态重定义的公安大数据信息系统(Bigdata System,以下简称"必得""、BD"信息系统),以各部门以及基层所队的日常业务为基础,获取各业务部门台账信息,形成各类数据的集合体,以数据为资源深度挖掘、分析、构成信息模型为单位提供决策依据。着力解决日常工作中个业务系统独立问题,收集碎片化的信息并整理,既充分整合了业务资源,又形成了数据集,形成合力,更能在简化访问方式的同时加强系统安全性。 The public security informatization construction gradually enters the deepening reform stage, already has the system to enhance the public security informationization degree and the handling efficiency effectively. However, there is a lack of unified and effective means of interaction and integration between various systems, and the system data is not effectively integrated, and at the same time, it brings high security risks and hidden dangers. Through the research and development of dynamic redefinition of public security large Data information System, based on the daily business of each department and the grass-roots team, obtain the information of each business department, form the aggregation of various kinds of data, and provide the decision basis for the data to excavate, analyze and form the information model. Focus on solving the problem of business system independence in daily work, collection of fragmented information and collation, not only fully integrated the business resources, but also formed a data set, the formation of resultant force, but also to simplify access to enhance the system security.
