摘要
高校教师是具有综合职能的社会角色,具体表现为学生知识学习的促进者、道德发展的向导、问题解决的顾问、教学教育中的导演和学习与教育的研究者。与担当的角色相适应,高校教师的教学观念也要有所转变,从传授知识向"促进学生去学"转变:从教学生学会知识向"教学生会学习"转变;教学生学会创造,从"类创造"向"真创造"转变。因此需确立新的师生关系观:民主的、双向的交流与合作关系,主体平等关系。
College teacher is a kind of social role with comprehensive functions: facilitator for students' learning knowledge,guidance for students' moral development,consultant for students' solving problems,director for teaching and researcher for students' learning and education.For good adaption to these roles,college teachers' teaching concept should be changed: from pure teaching to 'facilitating students to learn',from pure teaching to 'teaching students how to learn' and teaching students to create-from 'imitation creation' to 'real creation'.Therefore,a new relationship concept between teachers and students should be specified-a relationship of democracy,mutual communication and cooperation and equality,thus help the realization of higher education efficiency.
