摘要
该文研究设计了一套针对工件热处理设计的炉温控制系统。该系统基于西门子PLC(S7-200),结合模拟量扩展模块(EM235),Pt电阻,直流电机,数码管等组成硬件。简要介绍了相关硬件设计结构,软件设计方法以及其设计的核心程序温度采集及处理程序。
This study design for heat treatment temperature control design of workpiece. This system based on the Siemens PLC (S7-200),combined with analog extension module (Pt),EM235 resistance,dc motors,hardware composition,etc. Briefly introduces the design of hardware structure,software design method,the core program temperature gathering and processing procedures.
