摘要
介绍了动态轨道衡系统的结构和实现方法,并设计了一套适应于矿山生产环境下的动态轨道衡监控系统,包括将传统的模拟信号传输改为更为稳定的数字信号传输,基于RS485的现场总线工作模式以及采用轮计重的计量方式,这些技术的改进使系统更加适合于矿山生产环境。
The structure and implementation of a dynamic weighing Bridge system are presented,and dynamic weighing bridge systems for mine production is devised.The paper focuses on the system for technical improvement of existing products,include changed the traditional analog signals transmission to a more stable digital signals transmission,the fieldbus based on RS485 and weigh of the wheels,and these improvements in technology make the system more suitable for mining production environment.
