摘要
该文在介绍传统多道谱仪原理的基础上,分析其工作特点,提出一4096多道脉冲幅度分析器设计方案,制作样机,并测试电路性能。其主要特点在于:1)以峰值侦测信号启动AD转换器实现脉冲峰值的测量。2)使用高速AD转换器实现幅度-道址变换,提高脉冲幅度测量速度。3)选用性价比高的P89LPC9000系列单片机实现低成本高速度的时序控制器。
This paper introduces the principle of the traditional Multi-Channel Spectrum Analyzer,then analyze the feature.raise a new proposal,made the model machine.We have the Performance testing too.The characteristic of this proposal is:1)Starting the converting procedue by the signal implicating the peak value has been detected.2)Achiving the transform for amplitude-channel address by using the high-speed A/D chip,raising the speed of detection.3)Implementing the low-cost、high-speed sequential control by using the high cost performance SCM P89LPC9000.
