摘要
在信息时代,信息可以帮助团体或个人,使他们受益,同样,信息也可以用来对他们构成威胁,造成破坏。网络安全既包含软件方面又包含硬件方面,因此既有技术问题又有治理问题,两者相互依存,缺一不可。笔者针对影响网络安全的主要因素及主要方式攻击,从管理和技术问题上就加强计算机网络安全提出针对性的建议。
In the information age,information that can help groups or individuals so that they benefit from,the same information can also be used to pose a threat to them,causing damage.Network security includes both software and includes hardware,so there are both technical and governance issues,the two are interdependent and indispensable.The author of Network Security for the main factors and the main way to attack the issue from a management and technology to enhance computer network security to make targeted recommendations.
