摘要
针对Western Blot以及DNA电泳等实验研究结果定量分析主要应用凝胶成像系统完成,定量分析软件操作流程繁琐的特点,设计出一个适用于Western Blot及DNA电泳等结果定量分析系统。介绍系统中图像处理的问题:图像二值化、分割与感兴趣区域提取、定量分析中的面积计算,着重从计算机图像处理的角度说明定量分析的解决方案。实验证明,系统能够减少实验员人工干预操作,定量分析结果能够满足Western Blot及DNA电泳等实验研究定量分析的应用需要。
An automated system was designed for the quantitative analysis of western blot and DNA gel electrophoresi,which typically based on Gel Imaging System and complicated to exectue.The problems with image processing,for example the binary transformed from color image,picking up Regin of Interest(ROI) by image segmentationand elementary area etc,were introduced.The solution of these problems would be discussed by image processing.Experiments showed this system could simplify the operation process and satisfy the quantitative analysis requires.
