摘要
改革开放30多年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,国内各行业都取得了巨大成就。电信行业作为我国经济的支柱性产业,它在促进我国经济快速增长方面起到了重要推动作用。该文以电信工程投资效益审计评价体系为研究对象,对其在国内外的发展状况进行了回顾,提出了可行的效益评价改进方法,建立了一套完整的电信工程投资效益审计评价体系。
The reform and opening up 30 years, as China's rapid economic development, the domestic industry has made great achievements. Telecommunications industry as a pillar industry of China's economy, its role in promoting China's rapid economic growth has played an important role in promoting. In this paper, telecommunications engineering investment efficiency audit evaluation system as the research object, its state of development at home and abroad were reviewed, evaluated the effectiveness of proposed improved method feasible to establish a complete set of telecommunications engineering investment performance audit evaluation system.
