摘要
该文以市场需求为导向,通过企业走访,深入了解企业人才基本素质、专业技能,明确计算机网络技术专业(网络工程方向)学生的职业岗位群。然后对职业岗位群进行解剖,从中提炼出人才培养质量要求。以适应人才培养质量要求为主要依据进行课程体系构建。通过专家咨询委员会对课程体系进行反复论证,开发出具有行业特色,符合高职实际的本专业课程体系。
This paper,taking market demand as the guidance,through visits to enterprise,deeply looks into the basic qualities and professional skills of entrepreneurial talents,specifically makes clear the professional post group for students majored in computer network technology(network engineering orientation).And then according to the anatomy of the professional post group,extracts requirements for training quality of the talents from it,and conducts curriculum system construction mainly based on adapting to the requirements for training quality of the talents.This paper focuses on developing practical higher vocational professional curriculum system with industry characteristics for CNT major,through repeated proof made by the expert advisory committee.
