摘要
该文首先介绍网络环境下文档流转管控系统的概念,指出网络条件下文档流转应遵循的标准。其次给出文档流转管控系统的架构,分析系统各部分组成及功能。最后总结系统的特点,得出系统能有效防止文档泄漏的结论。
This article firstly introduces the conception of Document Flow System in network environment,which indicates the principles of managing and controlling documents.Secondly it shows the architect of the Document Flow System,analyzes the components and functions of the system.Finally it summarizes the characteristics of the system,concludes that the system can ef fectively prevent the leakage of documents.
