基于Retinex原理和区域生长的猪卵母细胞切片显微图像去背景分割

摘要 基于Retinex原理对猪卵母细胞切片图像进行一定比例的高频图像分割,从分割后的图像中获取种子点和生长阈值信息后,用区域生长法得到二值化图像,经过轮廓填充、中值滤波得到分割模板,最后将细胞原图填充至得到的分割模板中得到去背景的细胞图像。得到的结果图分割良好,消除了细胞背景图像的噪声,突出了细胞轮廓特征。 Enhanced by a certain proportion of high frequency image based on the principle of Retinex on the cell slice image,access to seed and growth threshold information from the enhanced image,Get the two value segmentation template by using region growing method,Finally the cell image segmentation is filled to the template,to obtain the final image. To eliminate the noise of cell image,highlight the cell contour feature.
