摘要
Smear现象作为帧转移型电荷耦合器件(CCD)的固有缺陷,在CCD的应用上起到了一定的阻碍作用。通过对帧转移型CCD成像过程的详细分析,了解了smear现象产生的原理及影响,从而提出一种减小甚至消除这种smear现象的方法,即下传虚拟参考行法。利用该方法对一台成像光谱仪输出信号进行校正,很好地实现了smear现象影响的消除,从而证明该方法的可行性。
Smear as an inherent defect of frame transfer Charge Coupled Device, has impeded CCD's application. Based on a specific analysis of the procedure of CCD imaging, the principle and effect of smear has been understood, from which a method named download virtual reference line has been proposed to decrease or even erase smear. The output signal of an imaging spectrometer has been corrected using this method, which reached a high quality by removing the effect caused by smear, and proved the method to be available.
