摘要
通过对车灯测试仪功能的分析,文章阐述了应用可编程控制器技术、触摸屏技术实现车灯测试仪设计的方法。利用可编程控制器高速输入端与位移位指令,实现测量数据的采集与处理,利用触摸屏、可编程控制器及编程设计,实现新型号的自学习、测量控制、测量参数结果显示、型号输入与比对、信息存储、信息上传等功能。
Through the analysis of the function of the headlight tester. This paper introduces the application of programmable con-troller technology, touch screen technology design and implementation method of headlight tester. By using the programmable con-troller of high speed input and a shift instruction, realize the acquisition and processing of measurement data, using the touchscreen, PLC programming and design, realization of self learning, measurement and control, measurement results show, model in-put and comparison, information storage, information upload and other functions of the new type.
