摘要
随着自动化控制技术的推广,大部分选矿企业已能实现基本的磨矿设备自动运行,对各个磨矿环节的管理控制仍局限在车间内部。目前中小企业尚处于互联网与传统行业融合的起步阶段,仅有少数矿企搭建起数据信息化模型,受限于厚重的硬件设备和对安全性能的考虑,系统仅能在矿厂内部取得稳定良好的运行效果。设计搭建基于轻便Linux系统的apache服务器,通过RS485接口采集现场状态信息保存到数据库,安卓客户端将读取的数据显示在友好的手机界面。在工业自动化领域引入物联网架构,能够为企业搭建崭新的平台,为管理者提供便捷的管理模式,同时对现场运行的信息数据做处理和分析,便于企业调整环节指标,找到长期有效的高产模式。
