摘要
依据产业升级大背景社会对人才职业能力精准评估及高职教育对人才培养质量评估的客观需要,以基本职业能力和关键职业能力为一级指标,逐层分解细化职业能力评价指标二级5项指标及三级多项指标,采用德尔菲法及层次分析法确定指标体系中各级指标权重,构建面向企业需求的高职学生职业能力评价指标体系,并对量化方法及评定等级方法进行了探讨。
According to the society's objective needs for accurate evaluation of professional ability of talents and evaluation of quality of personnel training in Higher Vocational Education under the background of industrial upgrading, this paper takes basic vocational ability and key vocational ability as the first-class index, decomposes and refines five secondary indexes and three-classmultiple indexes of vocational ability evaluation index step by step, and adopts the Delphi method and the AHP method to determines the weight of indicators at all levels in the index system, constructs the evaluation index system of vocational ability of higher vocational students facing the needs of enterprises, and discusses the method of quantitative and the method of evaluation grade.
