气井涡流工具排液效果及结构参数优化实验 被引量:5

摘要 针对目前涡流工具排水采气工艺设计理论缺乏,现场应用与分析主要依据经验而影响应用效果等问题,基于相似理论建立了气井生产模拟实验装置,实验研究了涡流工具的排液效果,分析了不同结构参数对排液效果的影响。结果表明,气井井筒加装涡流工具后能够有效提高气井的排液能力,相同气量下平均提高携液量26.7%,降低临界携液流速19.8%;槽深越小,排液效果越好;减小螺旋角会减弱排液效果,最好选取60°螺旋角;槽宽为48 mm时,携液量较高,临界携液流速较低,排液效果较好。 At present,in the light of the problems including the lack of the design theory of drainage gas recovery technology by the vortex tools and moreover the field application and analysis mainly based on the experiences so that the applied effects are rather influenced,the experimental device simulating the gas well production was established on the basis of the correspondence theorem,thus the liquid discharged effects were researched for the tools and furthermore the influences of the different structural parameters on the above effects were analyzed. The achievements show after the gas wellbore equipped with the tools,the discharging capacity of the gas well is effectively enhanced: at the same gas rate,the average lifted liquid amount is increased by 26. 7%,the critical flow rate of the lifted liquid is decreased by 19. 8%; the shallow the trough depth is,the better the effects of the liquid discharge will be; the optimized helix angle is 600,the liquid discharged effects will be reduced with the drop of the helix angle; while when the trough width is 48 mm,the liquid lifted amount is pretty higher,the critical flow rate of the liquid lifted is much lower,so the liquid discharged effects will be better improved.
