摘要
针对致密气藏压裂水平井布缝和裂缝参数优化存在的问题,基于位势理论和叠加原理,建立了压裂水平井稳态产能公式。首先引入相邻裂缝长度比和相邻裂缝间距比来表征裂缝的空间展布情况,通过单因素分析,得到相邻裂缝长度比、相邻裂缝间距比、裂缝长度、裂缝条数和裂缝导流能力的最佳取值区间;再从最佳取值区间内取值进行正交试验,利用SAS软件进行方差分析;最终得到了最佳布缝方式和裂缝参数组合,即裂缝长度比取值0.8,邻裂缝间距比取值1.7。研究成果为水平井的压裂优化设计提供了新的思路和方法。
In the light of the problems in the optimizations of the fracture arrangement and parameters for the fractured horizontal wells in tight gas reservoirs,based on the potential theory and superposition principle,the steadystate productivity formula for the wells was established. Subsequently,by introducing the length ratio and spacing ratio of the adjacent fractures,the spatial distributions of the fractures were characterized. And then,the single factor analysis was applied to determine the optimum value ranges of the length ratio,spacing ratio,total length of the fractures,total number of the fractures and fracture conductivity. Finally,the best fracture arrangement form and parameter combination( the length ratio is 0. 8; the spacing ratio is 1. 7) were obtained by the orthogonal test with the help of the obtained value in the optimum value range and moreover the variance analysis using SAS. The achievements have provided the new idea and method for the fracturing optimization and design of the horizontal wells.
