摘要
国内外对线粒体DNA(MtDNA)进行了大量的研究 ,取得了丰硕的成果 ,但仍有很多问题值得进一步的研究和探索。本文就线粒体研究的热点 ,简要介绍线粒体DNA的结构、功能、遗传特性、线粒体基因与核基因组的相互关系 ,同时概述线粒体基因组的进化及其在真菌的系统分类学应用中所取得的一些进展。对未来线粒体DNA的研究提出了一些看法。
Many research achievments on mitochondrial DNA(MtDNA) have been acquired,however,a number of issues need to be further studied and explored.The structures,functions,genetic properties of mitochondrial DNA and the mutual relations between the mitochondrial genome and the nuclear genome were briefly introduced.And the progresses in studies of the mitochondrial genome in evolution and the mitochondrial genome used in fungal systematics were also reviewed in this paper.In addition,ideas of future studying the mitochondrial DNA were proposed.
