本文探讨了丹东栽培的杜鹃花(Rhododendron spp.et vars.)品种园艺分类。这些俗称之品种,实为杜鹃属的许多种、变种、变型、杂交种、栽培品种的混合集锦。此外,作者总结了该地区杜鹃花扦插繁殖和栽培的经验。
A horticultural classification scheme for the cultivars of azaleas (Rhododendron spp.) in Dandong was proposed and discussed.These so called cultivars or varieties are really menber of a mixture consisting of many species,varieties,forms,hydrids and cultivars which all belong to sub-genus Anthodendron,Series Azalea,In addition,experiences in their cultivation and propagation by cuttings and in Dandong were summarized.
