摘要
陕西省近年为了贯彻全国城市规划工作会议精神,坚决贯彻了“控制大城市的规模,合理发展中等城市,积极发展小城市”的方针,对全省的各中小城镇进行了总体规划,取得了不小的成绩。城市园林绿地规划,是城市总体规划中重要组成部分。在目前进行“四化”建设过程中,城市园林绿化更是不可缺少的一个重要方面,因为它是从一方面来反映城市面貌及其现代化水平的。本文仅就陕西省中小城镇的园林绿地规划问题,作若干实际的具体介绍,并提出讨论意见。
Medium and small cities and towns havn been developed prosperously in Shaanxi gheng during recent twenty years.Many of them lie among hills and along river banks,full of historic sites and decorated with forests and groves as well as other natural scenery,are ideal for planning parks and green spaces.Based on experiencies accumulated and problems met during 1966-1979 when the author was participating planning of parks and green spaces of many medium and small cities and towns of ghaanxi,beneficial background factors,natural resources,together with principles and characteristics in planning are discussed in the paper.Meanwhile,characteristics and problems in planning the green spaces for revolutionary memorial places,in planning and designing boulevards,streets,residential quarters,etc.are studied.
