摘要
对美人蕉、蕉藕以及10个现代杂种美人蕉栽培品种进行了核型分析和倍性观察,结果表明,它们的二倍体种类的核型均由k(18)=16m+2sm组成,而且是比较对称的核型,它们尽管形态特征差异明显,但在核型上的差异却是微小的。目前普遍栽培的现代杂种美人蕉品种在倍性上主要分为二倍体和三倍体两大类型。并指出杂种美人蕉的三倍体类型应是今后育种主要方向之一。
Results of some cytological observations on indian shot, edible canna and 10 cultivars of common garden Canna (Canna ×generalis Baliey) are given. Itis expected to find out the relationships between the Karyotypes of common garden canna and their morphological features. It is found that karyotypes of diploid species and cultivars consist of K (18) =16M + 2 SM and are more or less of symmetrical type. No distinct differences in karyotypes could be observed as compared with their distinct diverse morphogical features. All the common garden canna cultivars examined arc proved to be diploids and triploids.
