异基因造血干细胞移植后肝静脉阻塞病的防治 被引量：1

摘要 肝静脉阻塞病(hepatic veno-occlusivedisease,VOD)是异基因造血干细胞移植后-种较为常见(发生率为4%～53%)且非常严重的肝脏并发症,具有很高的病死率(50%～70%).V0D以肝内小静脉纤维性闭塞为主要病理改变,自1979年被逐步认识以采,已引起了人们的高度关注.
