摘要
中美企业文化既有相同之处又存在差异,美国企业文化建设的最大特点是效率优先,倾向于硬管理,中国处于快速的社会变革中,企业文化建设还有待发育成熟,应注重学习和借鉴美国企业文化建设的理论与实践,充分发掘和吸纳我国传统文化的精华,形成有中国特色的企业文化。
<Abstrcat> The most striking feature of the American corporate culture construction is efficiency priority, hardmanagement oriented, high esteem for individualism, rationalism, hard work and creativity, while that of the Chinese corporate culture construction lays emphasis on standard model, human management more than rule management. Yet, they share certain similarities. In this paper, the author proposes that in a period of great social change, Chinese corporate culture construction should learn from the successful theory and practice of the American corporate culture construction, absorb the essence of our traditional culture, in order to form modern corporate culture with Chinese characteristics.
