摘要
作为高技术的传媒业,在国家投入很少和自身经营有限的情况下,在重新整合和不断扩张的过程中,都需要资金支持,解决传媒业资金短缺问题,有三条路:1.与非媒介企业联营,从行业外获得资金;2.允许媒介以上市公司的身份获得社会资金;3.从行业内或行业外的国际大资本那里获得资金。媒介资本的运作应该是安全的,这一安全性是通过市场这只"看不见的手"在实现。
Media,as a high-tech industry,with a little national investment and a limited self-management,needs capital support in the restructuring process as well as in its expand- ing process.There are three ways to solve the problem of insufficient financing:1.get cap- ital out of media industry by affiliating to other enterprises;2.permit media industry to ac- cess the market;3.get financing from international big capital in and out of media industry. The operation of media capital should be safe,and this can be realized through the market.
