基于水质—生态体系的昌吉地区水资源承载力研究 被引量:1

摘要 新疆昌吉地区水资源短缺、利用率低、时间空间分布不均严重影响区域经济可持续发展,为研究该地区水资源状况,基于水质—生态体系对昌吉地区水资源承载力进行研究。通过构建基于水质—生态体系水资源承载力分析模型,导入昌吉地区水资源承载力影响因子参数,完成了昌吉地区水资源承载力分析。为保证建立的水资源承载力分析模型有效性,同时进行仿真实验。结果证明:建立的水资源承载力分析模型具有有效性,基于水资源承载力分析结果,提出昌吉地区要合理开发和利用水资源,改造和完善灌区工程设施,提高灌溉工程的灌溉面积和灌溉水的利用率,大力推广节水技术,发展节水型农业,提高节水意识,从而实现生态环境、社会、经济的持续协调发展。 The shortage of water resources,low utilization rate and uneven distribution of time and space in Changji,Xinjiang seriously affect the sustainable development of regional economy.In order to study the water resources in this area,the water resources-ecological system is used to study the water resources carrying capacity of Changji.By constructing an analysis model based on water quality-ecological system water resources carrying capacity,the parameters of water resources carrying capacity in Changji area were introduced,and the water resources carrying capacity analysis of Changji area was completed.In order to ensure the validity of the water resources carrying capacity analysis model established in this paper,simulation experiments are carried out at the same time.The results prove that the established water resources carrying capacity analysis model is effective.Based on the analysis of water resources carrying capacity,it is proposed that the Changji area should rationally develop and utilize water resources,transform and improve the irrigation area engineering facilities,and improve the irrigation area and irrigation water of irrigation projects.The utilization rate,vigorously promote water-saving technology,develop water-saving agriculture,and raise awareness of water conservation,so as to achieve sustainable coordinated development of the ecological environment,society and economy.
