摘要
目前,西藏自治区政府出台了一系列关于高校毕业生就业制度改革的政策,为了使我区高校学生正确理解这些政策,顺应改革的形势,高校思想政治教育工作者要有针对性地加强对大学生的思想教育,帮助他们认清形势,引导他们树立与新的就业制度相适应的就业观念。
Tibet Autonomous Region government recently adopted a series of employment policies for college graduates.In order to fully understand these policies by the graduates and adjust to the current situation of reform,the teachers in the higher education institutions should enhance the moral education of the students,help them notice the present circumstances and set up the new employment view suitable to the new employment system.
