摘要
目的观察米非司酮配合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床治疗效果。方法采用前瞻性对照研究方法,将156例考虑为异位妊娠并要求保守治疗的患者随机分为两组。观察组给予甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗;对照组单用甲氨蝶呤,比较两组的有效率。结果实验组的有效率均高于阳性对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠疗效显著,较单用甲氨蝶呤治疗疗效更佳,为一种较好治疗方法,适合临床上推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone on the Conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods We used prospective controlled study,156 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were randomly divided into two groups.Experimental group were treated with he methotrexate combined with mifepristone group;positive control group were treated with methotrexate,the two groups were compared cure rate and total efficiency.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were higher than that of the positive control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of using Methotrexate united with Mifepristone to treat ectopic pregnancy patients is confirmed,no significant adverse reactions,it is a better and safe treatment way for ectopic pregnancy patients.
