摘要
目的了解2016~2018年上海市嘉定区儿童与孕妇的碘营养状况,为防治碘缺乏病及科学补碘提供依据。方法在嘉定区按东、西、南、北、中5个地理方位各随机抽取1个街道(镇),在5个街道(镇)各随机抽取1所小学,检测在校学龄儿童及当地孕妇的家庭食用盐样与日间随机尿样,并进行问卷调查。结果 2016年嘉定区儿童与孕妇尿碘水平为适量,2017、2018年儿童尿碘水平超过适宜量,孕妇尿碘水平未达到适宜量。2017、2018年儿童尿碘水平不同性别间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);未显示孕妇孕期、甲状腺疾病史与尿碘水平相关(P≥0.05)。结论上海市嘉定区儿童(成人)可能需降低碘的摄入量,孕妇可能需增加碘的摄入量,未来需扩大样本量进一步研究。
Objective To understand the iodine nutritional status of children and pregnant women in Jiading District of Shanghai from 2016 to 2018,and provide evidence for prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders and scientific iodine supplementation.Methods In Jiading District,one street(town)was randomly selected from each of five geographic locations(east,west,south,north and middle).One primary school was randomly selected from the five selected streets(towns).The school-age children and local pregnant women’s family consumed salt samples and random urine samples during the day were tested and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Results In 2016,the urinary iodine level of children and pregnant women in Jiading District was moderate.In 2017 and 2018,the urinary iodine level of children exceeded the appropriate amount,and the urinary iodine level of pregnant women did not reach the appropriate amount.There was a significant difference in urinary iodine levels between children in 2017 and 2018(P<0.05).It didn’t show that the pregnancy and thyroid disease history were related to urinary iodine levels(P≥0.05).Conslusions Children(adults)in Jiading District of Shanghai may need to reduce their iodine intake.Pregnant women may need to increase their iodine intake.In the future,we need to expand the sample size for further study.
